Why are there separate shopping carts for various product categories at Fairvilla.com?

To provide you with a wide variety of the best products available, we have partnered with several trusted suppliers. By selecting numerous suppliers to meet our customer’s desires we can provide everything from toys and DVDs to specialty items like costumes, replica garments and LARP items. The suppliers we have selected will provide you with the latest products available in a discrete and secure fashion.

I’ve found some products online that I haven’t seen in any of your stores. Are some items exclusive to the website?

Yes, some items will only be available online. In addition, item availability may vary by retail location. Should you have a question relating to a specific product and it’s availability in our stores, please call your closest store location directly.

 

GIFT CARDS

Do you sell gift cards on the website?

At this time gift cards are only available for purchase in our stores. Fairvilla Megastore gift cards are only good in our retail stores and cannot be used for online purchases.

 

MAILING RESTRICTIONS

I placed an order online today and when I entered my mailing address my order was declined, why?

Due to different state and local laws and ordinances, we are not able to mail the products offered on our site to all addresses.
