“The only constant in life is change” – Heraclitus

Debra has been a proud member of the Fairvilla family for a really long time! First hired in 1995, she continues today working in both purchasing and marketing. Her teammates have affectionately dubbed her “office mom” and she thrives on the ever-changing, always-entertaining Fairvilla work day. Debra is a lover of nature and thoroughly enjoys traveling with her husband Chad and cuddling with her Chihuahua Timon!

Erica has spent the past 12 years enjoying the new experiences Fairvilla brings her every day. Her staff lovingly calls her “Rock Star” and we couldn’t agree more. When not at Fairvilla, Erica loves to travel, spend time with friends and enjoy outdoor excursions the great state of Florida has to offer. And if you’re looking to please her palate: the spicier the better, please!

Domenique, or as we call her, Dom, has been with Fairvilla since 2011, starting on the front lines as a Product Consultant and working her way up to Store Manager at our Key West location. Her love and involvement in this industry and the people who work in it, meshed with her sincere interest in our customers education and fulfillment makes her an invaluable part of the team. Plus she has a really rad Magic Wand tattoo.

Jacques has been part of the Fairvilla family for over 12 years. His outgoing, playful nature makes him a favorite of employees and customers alike. He loves embracing the adventures that working for Fairvilla offers every daily, oftentimes with a (bad) joke. One of his Fairvilla highlights is the satisfaction in seeing an idea come to life physically.

Kara is so protective of her International Drive team that their nickname for her is “Momma Bear.” She’s a spunky individual with a fun approach to leadership. Luckily she found her home at Fairvilla six years ago, where she delights in the freedom to express her individuality while still maintaining her professional demeanor. At home, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, which includes her wife, daughter and her fur babies of course; two dogs and two kitties..
